1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Super Horn House ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, including browsing, creating an account, and purchasing products such as the ROMEO series of air horns, jingle bell modules, and related accessories (together, the "Services").

By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. 5. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products, specifications, sounds, and colors accurately. However:

  • Product images are for illustration and the actual item may vary slightly.
  • Sound output, volume, and melody lists (for example, the 20-sound and 23-melody models) are as described by the manufacturer and may be perceived differently depending on vehicle, installation, and power supply.
  • Products are designed for 12V and/or 24V systems as stated on each product page. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility with your vehicle before purchase.
  • We may modify, discontinue, or change product specifications at any time without notice.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices, promotions, and sale offers (including seasonal or Christmas offers) may change at any time and are valid only while displayed on the website.
  • Prices do not include shipping, taxes, customs duties, or import fees unless expressly stated at checkout.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order using the payment methods offered at checkout. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.
  • We may cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, if a pricing or listing error has occurred, or if a product is unavailable. In such cases we will refund any amount already charged.

7. Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email or ship the product. We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline orders, or cancel orders at our discretion.

8. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to many destinations, subject to availability and applicable laws.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or the address provided, as applicable.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you.
  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees, and for ensuring the products are legal to import and use in their country.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In general:

  • Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly about damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging to be eligible for return, unless they are defective.
  • Products that have been installed, wired, or modified may not be eligible for return unless found to be defective.

10. Warranty

We warrant that our products will be free from manufacturing defects for the period stated on the product page or in our Refund Policy. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect voltage, or faulty wiring
  • Misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modification
  • Normal wear and tear, or exposure to extreme conditions beyond the product's design
  • Damage to your vehicle or electrical system arising from installation

11. Safe and Lawful Use of Air Horns

Air horns are powerful devices. By purchasing from us, you agree that:

  • You will install products according to the manufacturer's instructions, using proper fuses, relays, wiring, and air supply, preferably through a qualified technician.
  • You are solely responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations regarding vehicle horns, sound levels, noise, and road use. Some products (such as train-style or truck horns) may be restricted or prohibited on public roads in certain areas.
  • You will not use products to harass, endanger, or disturb others, or in any unlawful manner.
  • Prolonged exposure to loud sound can damage hearing. Use hearing protection during installation and testing.

We are not responsible for fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from your use of the products.

12. Digital Modules and Electronic Products

Electronic items such as the ROMEO Jingle Bell digital module (including the RM-620 / RMJ-620 series) are supplied as hardware. Product features, melodies, and sounds are fixed as described by the manufacturer. We do not guarantee compatibility with every vehicle, horn system, or electrical setup beyond what is stated on the product page.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Super Horn House and ROMEO names, logos, product designs, images, graphics, videos, text, and sound content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
